Mindbody Business App Reviews

I work on the business end of three Yoga studios. I feel the apps are great, functional and intuitive for my clients. It works great on my iPhone and iPad. As a matter of fact, Ive had less trouble with MindBody on the applications than the PC version. The only time I run into trouble is when MindBody totally crashes during rush hour. Inconvenient, but not impossible to figure out. Its a useful app to have if youre in a pinch.

Completely useless now. Wont find mine or any other business. Maybe its my phone...

Faceless corporation! Dont seem to care or listen... Latest update still missing key functions like tipping, and custom payment methods.... Their slogan is "evolve with us"..... Dont evolve make an alligator or shark, something that will stand the test of time. 99% of species that have "evolved" are extinct... And to top it off it just keeps getting more expensive, weve been with them for three years and we have seen a five to ten dollar a year hike in price, the last one without notice or explanation.

Love how easy it is to use. Just like the mindbody website its user friendly. Love that I can add, change, or cancel appointments from my phone too.

MindBody Express is a fantastic app. I have had it work very well for all my needs as a Pilates Instructor. It is easy to understand and facilitate bookings, purchases, changes etc. I am very appreciative of the app. It is a tool I am amazed we ever did without!

Its an ok app but they are really far behind in software. I really think they charge an excessive amount for this service. I have found other companies that offer this software...even for free ...and they already include all the extra services that mindbody just created and it charging $300 for! Not worth it. Im using "schedul" app which does the same thing this does...and it includes easy navigation for customers to tip! It has text confirmation and everything mind body charges extra for. I am a single operator so I dont need an expensive plan. Their cheapest plan (mindbody) is 60! The App is not that user friendly for consumers because no one wants to use it. For my business I have to create random prices all the time and this software isnt good with the random purchases. Im only keeping it to not disrupt my clients but Im transitioning off. To me its not worth it.

This app requests a review EVERY time I use it. How annoying is that? So, heres the review you wont leave me alone about. Focus that same attention on a better product. Annoy it into quality instead of me.

This new update will not let me schedule within the app and only gives me an a link to do scheduling on their website. Because I am trying to schedule on my phone (on the go), as I input the information I keep getting dropped from the site. So basically it is now useless.

I love it! the only thing is you need to be able to add more formulas!

Does a lot more now than it used to and getting better with each update. But I still feel it should run exactly like the site so those of us using SOAP notes etc, can have full capabilities when using the app on an iPad during office visits. Excited to see it change.

I can no longer do check in via my mobile app since this update!

This version is much easier to use! I love that I can customize my schedule from my iPhone. The only thing that would make this better is if I could run a report on my phone through the app.

I truly appreciate having the MindBody app on my phone! It keeps me in touch with my business without bring bogged down by a computer.

I like the updates. Been using since 2011 and its improving. Im liking that you can now sell contracts from the app. Helps with closing the deal for therapists during checkout rather than front desk who have not established a rapport with the client.

I was happy with simplicity of previous version. This ones ok. I agree the "matrix" view is unusable but at least you can still see list version. Its still ok but no improvements that affect how I use it. Additional: please stop asking me to rate it, when I already have

I love the new way I can change the schedule and teachers but wish I could get into clients accounts more.
