Very Handy

Smart app.. I recommend

Its barely working half the time

FIX YOUR APP AND WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!! Apparently they do a lot of updates which makes the app crash half the time and needing to refresh over a dozen time to show my schedule. If they focused more on their servers and proper function of their site and app there wouldnt be a problem. Pretty much spending 10 minutes trying to book an appointment and hope that it wont bug out.

So sad...

My company has used Mindbody for 3 years. It was great... then we found a service in Canada less than half the price and decided to make the move. In October this year we tried to cancel their service with an email...(my wife sent it who is my business partner) then they said they also needed me to verify our intent to cancel. I immediately replied and said I was okay with this. A week went by then they said we needed to do their exit survey, begrudgingly we did this as well even though that shouldnt be required. Then they billed us for November. They then said that we needed to verify the visa we had on file!! I refused and was really annoyed by this point and had made it clear who I was already and had made it clear I wanted to cancel. Nothing but the run around non stop!! Its pretty simple they just want to keep us to bill us over and over and over and pretend we havent followed due process. Well they billed us for December too and said January was coming up as well but since theyve refused to work with us Ive had to file a grievance with visa to get 2 months refunded and put a stop payment on my visa as well. Good bye Mindbody its sad that it had to end this way, dont steal from your customers on the way out the door.

Mind Body review

My goal was to be paperless, the Mobile app has been great for that - I can do my class roster, call clients look Up info on the go!! As a new business we have had a lot of questions and they have been available and helpful around the clock!!

Wish I kew about it sooner!

This app allows me to check in members without being tethered to my computer, I can interact with them, tell them how many services they have left in their Packs & expiration dates. If I could only access members "notes" that would top the cake.

Horrible

I hate this new app and I hate the new mindbody website, its more complicated to view, there are too many details, I do not care for the week calendar at the top. I cannot view details of sessions for my co workers and I cannot view just one other persons schedule. I have to view the entire morning or afternoon shift of every single person, where as before I could select a co workers name and see what they are booked for the day. I have to select my clients name and info in order to find out just how long my session is. Its frustrating and cluttered I much preferred the old app.

Inconvenient

This new version of Mindbody Express is confusion and super inconvenient. If you are checking attendance in a hurry and have bad eyes its almost impossible to see what is going on in your own studio! Please please change it back!!!

I miss the old app!

this app is unattractive, slow, and gets hung up doing the simplest of functions. times are often hidden, its difficult to schedule from it. I appreciated the former app (not version, separate app altogether) for its simplicity, functionality, clean design. please listen to your loyal customers and do something about this!

Does not work on iPad

The new update does not work on iPad. In fact, once updated, the iPad app now shows that I have no classes at all. Ive seemingly been eliminated. Nice, MindBody, thanks. If iPad is your only access to your schedule, do NOT update.

Recurring events

Great app! Being able to make recurring events from the mobile app would be great. Also a click and drag function for the calendar for quick changes.

First impression

I just downloaded the app on my iPad and iPhone.. I type in my business in the "find your business" tab and nothing happens. I cant put my info to log on either .. Who has time for this? One star for being irritating.

Great convenient app

I love this app, I use it for multiple purposes. I use it to look up clients, barbers use it to see their next scheduled appointment, and I use it to see sales report at end of day if I am out.

Very good app.

Very good overall. Fast easy to use. My suggestion is to allow managers do more through the app (manage staff etc..)

Ridiculous

New changes make this app worthless to me. I work at several locations for my company, and I have to log out and log in again in order to look at all my appointments for the week. It also takes significantly more keystrokes to find the information I need, plus longer loading times, making it twice as difficult to check my schedule on the go. Theres also no way to search for my name, so I have to scroll through literally hundreds of people to find my profile. Useless. Ive been using the Biz Mode app for the last few years and its no longer working, so Im stuck with this.

Needs appt request feature!

There are many great features to this app. I am glad it exists. It would be really stellar if you could view and approve appt requests in there, but right now you cant. Can you make the MBO website more compatible in safari? Lately on my iPad 2, in safari I cant view the appointments tab at all. Other tabs work fine.

A great start!!!

This is a fantastic looking companion app for folks owning a mindbody account! Adding clients is a breeze. So is taking payments. However, there needs to be some tweaks for Canadians. Itd be nice to be able to set a default country, and if Canada is selected, have the provinces available. Looking forward to trying out the swipe stripe!

Worked... Now its stopped. Boo!

For some reason the one on my iPhone stopped working. Keeps saying no network connection & shuts down. It DID work great. Thank goodness the one on my iPad is still going. We need an iPad version too please.

Right direction, still falls short

The retail needs to be complete. If I can sell products, I should also be able to sell contracts. Thats the bulk of our business and I was hoping for a true mobile option to do so. There should also be a contract section in which the signature for both the contract and sale is filled out. Hope you keep building atop what youve already done, it looks good.

Doesnt work

I cant even log into the app! The same user name & password works fine online, but keeps saying "invalid password for user name" in the app.
